Alpaca wool sweaters

Why alpaca wool?

Alpaca fibres are hollow inside — they work like microscopic thermos flasks, which is why alpaca insulates about 3–4 times better than sheep's wool at a much lower weight. An alpaca sweater is light as a feather and warm as a down jacket.

Alpaca contains no lanolin, so it's naturally hypoallergenic — the best choice for anyone sensitive to classic wool. It also pills noticeably less than merino and cashmere.

We knit with baby alpaca yarn from certified farms — Polish alpaca sweaters straight from the workshop, including button-up versions (cardigans).
