Do your sweaters itch?
Merino and fine alpaca can feel pleasant, but sensitivity varies. Fibre thickness, knit and finish matter. No composition guarantees irritation-free or itch-free wear.
How do I choose the right sweater size?
Compare width, length and sleeves with a favourite sweater. We agree measurements for custom projects. Accessories may require head circumference; a children’s set may also need age for the fit.
How should I wash a wool sweater?
Follow the instructions supplied with the garment. If hand washing is specified, use cool or lukewarm water and a suitable detergent. Do not rub or wring; dry as directed, usually flat.
Can a wool sweater go in the washing machine?
Only if the particular product’s instructions explicitly permit it. A wool programme or a merino label alone is not enough. Temperature and spin settings depend on the garment; ask if instructions are missing.
Does wool cause allergies?
Prickling is not the same as allergy. Fibres, dyes, finishes and detergents may matter. We do not promise hypoallergenic wear based on composition alone. For a diagnosed allergy, follow professional advice and check the product.
Do wool sweaters pill?
Natural fibres and blends can pill. Yarn, knit and friction matter, not only fibre names. Remove small pills gently as instructed, without pulling strands or aggressively shaving delicate fabric.
How long does an order take?
Timing depends on the project and current workload. Check the offer or agree a lead time before ordering. Most items are made after ordering; occasional ready-made sweaters are identified separately.
Can I order a sweater in a different colour or size than listed?
We discuss possible changes to colour, size, style and material before ordering. Options depend on the design and yarn availability. Describe your idea through the project enquiry form to agree price and timing.
What wool do you knit with?
We use natural fibres and blends chosen for each model, including wool, alpaca, silk and cotton; some yarns contain acrylic or polyamide. Exact percentages are shown with the product configuration. The whole collection does not share one composition.
How can I buy a sweater?
Start with the product description and the purchase route available on the site. Use the project form for a custom design. Check full price, delivery and timing before payment. Payment methods are bank transfer and BLIK phone transfer; we do not charge automatically.
Do you ship internationally?
The standard order form covers Poland. For another country, contact us before purchasing to agree delivery availability and cost.
